The Return of Dez, Other WRs
Dez Bryant hasn’t played since week 3 against the Bears. Dez will suit up this week against the Eagles and the chemistry between quarterback Dak Prescott and himself will be tested. Prescott has had a great deal of chemistry with other receivers, mainly Cole Beasley. Beasley is off to a tremendous start and has caught almost 85% of his targets (33 of 39). ProFootballFocus ranked Beasley as the most reliable receiver in the NFL.
Ezekiel Elliott will look to expand his 100+ rushing steak to 5 games against a pretty good defensive front. In order to be successful he will have to get to the outside before the defensive ends collapse in. However, I am not so concerned with the 100 rushing yards. What I would like to see if Zeke be more involved in the pass game. He is a very good pass catcher and if you can get him in open space (without having to run through defensive lineman), you’re in really good shape to be successful and keep your young back at 100% with a bigger picture of the NFL playoffs in mind.
In my opinion, it will be important for our defense to not let Dorial Green-Beckham explode. He hasn’t really put it all together, but he is so talented, and so dynamic. He is very comparable to Calvin Johnson from a physical standpoint, so, we would not want to see him have a breakout game against us.
